About Fidelity’s funds

Fidelity Funds and Fidelity Active STrategy are open-ended investment companies established in Luxembourg that issue different classes of shares. The Funds are registered under Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010 relating to Undertakings for Collective Investment.

Fidelity UCITS ICAV and Fidelity UCITS II ICAV are registered in Ireland pursuant to the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 and are authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as a UCITS. The Fidelity ILF is an Irish domiciled fund. It is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (the "Central Bank") as an authorised UCITS under the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2011.

Investments can only be made on the basis of the Fund’s current prospectus, audited annual report and the relevant Key Investor Information Document (“KIID”) which are available free of charge from our European Service Centre in Luxembourg (FIL (Luxembourg) S.A., 2a, rue Albert Borschette, BP 2174, L-1021, Luxembourg).

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The value of investments and any income from them may go down as well as up and an investor may not get back the amount invested. An investment in a currency other than the investor's own will be subject to the movements of foreign exchange rates. Foreign exchange transactions may be effected on an arm's length basis by or through Fidelity companies from which a benefit may be derived by such companies. The levels and/or scope of taxation applicable to the Funds and/or individual investors may change.

Certain sub-funds of the Funds invest, in whole or part, in emerging market securities. Investors should appreciate that these securities may be more volatile than securities in more developed markets. As a result there may be a greater risk of price fluctuation and of the suspension of redemptions in such sub-funds, compared with sub-funds investing in more mature markets. This volatility may stem from political and economic factors, and be exacerbated by legal, trading liquidity, settlement, transfer of securities and currency factors. Some emerging market countries have relatively prosperous economies but may be sensitive to world commodity prices. Others are especially vulnerable to economic conditions in other countries. Although care is taken to understand and manage these risks, the Fund and its shareholders ultimately bear the risks associated with investing in these markets.

More information on the risks of investing in a Fund can be found in its prospectus.
